Position Overview
Two Robbers Spirits Co., a Philadelphia‐based spirits company renowned for crafting high quality RTD cocktails and bottled spirits—and a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles—is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative for Philadelphia. In this role, you’ll be our boots on the ground in Philly, responsible for driving sales and brand awareness across bars, restaurants, venues, and other on‐premise accounts by building strong relationships, opening new doors, and ensuring our brand is top of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and grow new on-premise accounts across Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Maintain strong relationships with bar managers, beverage directors, and owners.
- Present and sell the full Two Robbers portfolio using compelling storytelling.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for placements, volume, and menu features.
- Execute programming such as tastings, events, staff trainings, and seasonal promotions while ensuring proper product visibility with menu placements, chalkboards, signage, and displays.
- Actively visit accounts daily to build relationships and monitor execution.
- Represent Two Robbers as a brand ambassador at key events, festivals, and sports sponsorship activations, gathering competitive intel and market insights.
- Collaborate with distributor partners and coordinate with marketing to roll out promotional programs, reporting weekly on account activity, wins, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience at a Philadelphia brewery, distillery, or beverage distributor.
- A strong network within the Philadelphia bar/restaurant scene is a major plus.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for craft beverages and hospitality.
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
