Position Overview

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an HR Director for a top client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and oversee employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. This in-office role located in North Phoenix offers a salary up to $120k-$130k per year plus bonus and is available for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison to promote effective communication across diverse teams.
• Proactively address HR-related matters to support a unified and positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Champion and cultivate the company’s core values and culture.
• Lead performance management processes including evaluations and performance improvement planning.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay current with employment laws to maintain organizational compliance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with data protection regulations.
