Job Description

Position Overview

360 SOC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cybersecurity Inside Sales Representative – a Sales Hunting Specialist / Appointment Setter – to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities while working closely with sales and marketing teams.Note:Relocation AssistanceWILL NOTbe provided; applicants must reside in or be able to relocate to the Phoenix Metro area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new customers through web research, social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on fit and potential value using needs analysis, budget analysis, and decision-maker mapping.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of the organization’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring follow-up and continued support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and concepts is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Commission
  • 90 Day Ramp Up Bonus
  • Annual Bonus for Quota Attainment

Compensation Range:$155,000–$165,000+ (with quota retirement achievement)
