Position Overview

As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer at ReconMR, you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable data through outbound calls. You will conduct telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys following a script while accurately recording responses. This position is not sales-oriented, allowing you to focus solely on data collection. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to survey respondents on various topics.
• Read survey scripts verbatim and ask questions to respondents.
• Record responses to open-ended and multiple-choice questions.
• Conduct telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys.

Required Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable talking on the phone.
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills.
• Basic understanding of good customer service.
