Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, mentor a team of recruiters, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build and sustain a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during all hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years recruiting within the Data Center industry.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of Data Center recruitment and/or Construction related recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
