Position Overview
The ConocoPhillips’ Human Resources Summer Internship Program offers a comprehensive experience including a challenging job assignment, company and HR orientation, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars, and opportunities to meet upper management. During the internship, you will be paired with a supervisor who provides formal and informal feedback along with coaching and guidance, and a mentor to support your personal and professional growth. You will gain diversified training through on-the-job assignments and exposure to various HR functions, including interactions with the HR Leadership team.
