  • Compensation: The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000, based on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications.
  • Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours, Employee Assistance Program, along with annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in management and leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Director in the senior living industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Assisted Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Administrator’s License is preferred; ability to qualify for any required state license is required
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Regional Management position in Senior Living, Nursing, Health, or related industries
