Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in weekly sales training and coaching camps
• Team building and mentorship

• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills
• Naturally outgoing; thrives in human interaction

Compensation

• $3,900 Sign-on Bonus* (paid weekly in $325 increments over 12 weeks of initial training)
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $72,000 - $130,000 per year
