SEO Content Specialist

In this role as an SEO & Content Specialist, you will drive organic growth through smart SEO strategies, high‐quality content execution, and editorial leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Identify SERP ranking opportunities and secure strong, consistent positioning for relevant target keywords.
• Create and execute keyword-driven content briefs to improve SERP rankings.
• Build topical authority in the US sports betting and igaming spaces.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover ranking gaps and high-intent search opportunities.
• Develop and implement SEO content strategies for sports betting and online casino verticals.
• Write, edit, and optimize content to ensure clarity, alignment with search intent, and overall accuracy.
• Build and manage content briefs, templates, and editorial guidelines that drive SEO goals.
• Oversee the publishing process and maintain SEO-optimized practices across pages (meta tags, headers, internal linking).
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic performance, and user engagement metrics.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T practices, and broader affiliate SEO trends.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page principles.
• Prior experience in sports media, sports betting, or iGaming affiliate industries is highly valued.
• Strong editorial and content marketing skills; comfortable writing and editing long-form articles.
• Proficiency with essential SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of link-building strategies and how content supports backlink acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with the online casino and igaming industries.
• Familiarity with AI-generative tools like ChatGPT for ideation, keyword expansion, and workflow efficiency.
