Key Responsibilities

• Read plans and conduct onscreen takeoffs
• Create project budgets and generate proposals for customers
• Manage projects during production to ensure completion within budget
• Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team
• Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty project customers
• Extract details from plans as requested
• Answer inquiries from customers and team members via phone and email
• Perform additional office duties, projects, and tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication skills and ability to excel in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
