Position Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Data Analyst position for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Duration: 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by helping define data and cognitive computing strategies.
• Design and develop the business architecture of cognitive solutions to align with functional business requirements.
• Translate client needs into analytics and technical specifications for implementing IBM’s cognitive computing solutions.
• Define operational scenarios and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into solution requirements.
• Establish key metrics and lead the process, governance, and organizational aspects of cognitive computing programs.
• Develop and validate use cases for cognitive applications either independently or in collaboration with clients.
• Filter and select structured data and unstructured content for cognitive system input.
• Train cognitive systems and establish the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong business knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cognitive computing concepts and implementation.
• Ability to design operational processes and establish governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business transformation, or consulting roles.
• Background in developing business architecture and defining operational metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cognitive systems or AI-driven solutions.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in analytics, AI, or business transformation.
• Industry/domain expertise to develop relevant cognitive use cases.
