A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Credit Card.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and sales support through various communication channels
- Complete a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and participate in personal development activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or a contact center
- Ability to assist customers effectively in English and / or Spanish
- Must possess PC skills and be able to learn relevant technology and software applications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
