A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Credit Card.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service and sales support through various communication channels
  • Complete a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and participate in personal development activities

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or a contact center
  • Ability to assist customers effectively in English and / or Spanish
  • Must possess PC skills and be able to learn relevant technology and software applications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
