Social Media and Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Smile AZ Photo Booth—Tucson’s #1 Photo Booth Company—is looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to run our Facebook and Instagram accounts. In this part‐time and remote role, you’ll create engaging content that reflects our brand and helps showcase our premium photo experiences at weddings, corporate events, parties, and celebrations. Occasional in‐person meetings (in Tucson) may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish 5–10 posts per week on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and creative short-form content (reels)
• Incorporate call-to-action posts, polls, questions, and storytelling to boost engagement
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that highlights why we are Tucson's #1 photo booth company
• Interact with followers via comments and messages to build community
• Organize and manage provided photos and videos for content planning
• Collaborate with ownership on monthly content goals and campaign ideas
• Stay up-to-date on platform trends, best practices, and emerging features

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft creative, engaging captions
• Ability to edit photos and videos for social media (basic reels editing is a must)
• Familiarity with social media analytics, insights, and growth strategies
• Knowledge of industry trends, hashtags, and algorithms for Instagram & Facebook
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet weekly posting requirements
• Comfortable working independently and communicating virtually
• Availability for occasional in-person meetings in Tucson

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $10 per post (or from $15.00 per hour) for 5–10 posts per week
• Schedule: Flexible, part-time with an expected workload of 10–20 hours per week
