Marketing Event Ambassador

Position Overview

Player 15 Group – the sports & entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center – is redefining the industry standard. As a Marketing Event Ambassador, you will serve as a brand ambassador for the Suns and Mercury, working at home games, special events, tournaments, and more. You will assist in creating memorable moments, ensuring vehicles and interactive experiences are well-managed, and engaging fans with energy and passion.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury at both on- and off-site events (home games, festivals, partner appearances, etc.).
• Oversee installation set-up, operation, and tear down of interactive elements and the Mobile Marketing vehicle.
• Manage on-site activations including handing out premium items, facilitating promotions, engaging fans, and communicating essential information.
• Ensure vehicles are fully stocked, maintained, and kept clean at all times.
• Assist with organization and maintenance of the mobile unit and support the Marketing Department in identifying new event opportunities.
• Cultivate fan engagement and collect data at each event, and complete post-event wrap-up forms.
• Provide additional support and tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, promotional, event, or street team roles.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required).
