Full-stack Web Developer; Node.js expertise

Position Overview

xiBOSS is an innovative consulting agency founded in 2002 and serving diverse sectors including Telecommunications, Finance, Utilities, Media, Facilities Management, and Health. Our client—a global software design firm—is seeking a Full-stack Web Developer (Node.js expertise) to help solve complex problems and build modern, responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex challenges using server‑side code in Node.js
• Deliver exceptional client results and successful projects
• Learn the client’s business, systems, challenges, and goals
• Work directly with the client to define and clarify requirements
• Collaborate with the team to create accurate project and task estimates
• Develop and deliver high‑quality, low‑defect features on schedule
• Lead by example through implementing challenging and complex components
• Foster a fun and collaborative team environment
• Ensure quality with best practices, mentorship, and paired programming
• Work on‑site at the client’s location on a part‑time or full‑time basis

Required Qualifications

• Passionate web developer excited about modern web development
• Personable, enthusiastic, strong communicator, and detail‑oriented
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of Web Development experience with Node.js expertise
• Minimum of 2+ years of full‑stack development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including Object‑Oriented Programming
• Comfortable working with either .Net or Java frameworks
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with multiple libraries
• Exposure to Single Page Application frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Knockout)
