Position Overview
vTech is a leading staffing solutions provider renowned for placing high-caliber professionals across various industries. We are seeking a Recruiter to represent and coordinate local Harris recruiting needs, attracting and acquiring top talent to meet growing business demands. Location: Annapolis Junction MD. Schedule: ASAP. This role is for a 6-month engagement with possible full-time conversion. Only US Citizens are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and coordinate local Harris recruiting needs to attract and acquire top talent.
- Provide full life cycle technical recruiting including requisition review, resume screening, candidate interviews, assessments, reference/background checks, and delivering employment offers.
- Follow appropriate approval processes and leverage both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify quality candidates.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are met.
- Utilize strong knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards to guide the recruitment process.
- Act as a staffing resource for managers and employees, managing candidate activity in the tracking system.
- Stay current with industry trends and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Requirements: Only US Citizens are eligible to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 7 years of technical recruiting experience
- NSA experience is required
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to meet objectives and deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
