Position Overview

vTech is a leading staffing solutions provider renowned for placing high-caliber professionals across various industries. We are seeking a Recruiter to represent and coordinate local Harris recruiting needs, attracting and acquiring top talent to meet growing business demands. Location: Annapolis Junction MD. Schedule: ASAP. This role is for a 6-month engagement with possible full-time conversion. Only US Citizens are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and coordinate local Harris recruiting needs to attract and acquire top talent.
• Provide full life cycle technical recruiting including requisition review, resume screening, candidate interviews, assessments, reference/background checks, and delivering employment offers.
• Follow appropriate approval processes and leverage both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are met.
• Utilize strong knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards to guide the recruitment process.
• Act as a staffing resource for managers and employees, managing candidate activity in the tracking system.
• Stay current with industry trends and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Requirements: Only US Citizens are eligible to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 7 years of technical recruiting experience
• NSA experience is required
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to meet objectives and deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
