Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to propel our next phase of growth at a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand that is making waves in the retail industry. In this strategic role, you will drive digital marketing initiatives, optimize the paid media budget, and build a high-performance in-house marketing team while enhancing data-driven decision-making to drive customer acquisition and maximize lifetime value.

Travel: Less than 10%

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the paid media budget across diverse channels.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance in-house marketing team.
  • Establish and enhance data-driven decision-making systems.
  • Drive customer acquisition and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Execute disciplined product launches with precision.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of marketing leadership experience with a focus on scaling DTC ecommerce brands.
  • A growth mindset and disciplined approach to product launching.
  • Strong ability to optimize marketing performance.
  • A proven track record in retention marketing.
  • Financial literacy with the capability to manage P&L.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is a plus.
  • Background in building and optimizing high-volume creative testing systems is beneficial.
