Position Overview

RedRover is Seeking a Seasoned SEO Specialist at an internationally award-winning B2B agency embarking on national expansion. In this role, you will improve the visibility and ranking of client websites through technical, on-page, and off-page strategies. You will be a key contributor to RedRover’s client production team, managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality, data-driven results. This position is Memphis-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords.
• Create and optimize website content for target keywords and on-page SEO factors (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags).
• Implement off-page strategies including backlink building and external collaborations.
• Track and analyze website rankings and traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
• Manage web analytic dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and management on project status, timelines, and outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and implement innovative strategies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Current GA4 certification.
• 2+ years of experience executing and implementing high-performing SEO strategies for B2B clients.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data insights into broader strategy with a strong results orientation.
• Excellent follow-through, organizational, and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B clients in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
