Entry Level Sales/Customer Service Representative- Urgently Hiring

Essential Duties

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Sell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements, and making recommendations to both prospects and customers of various solutions
• Work in conjunction with sales management team, providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud
• Results oriented, driven self-starter
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
• Customer service/sales experience is a plus but NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
