We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Community Support Home Office Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring that a community is achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 5+ years of proven sales success with C level sales of services.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
  • Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
  • Proven success in growing revenue and/or customer base.
  • Proven motivational abilities.
  • Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services and effectively communicating that strategy at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel outside of the home office area 3-4 nights per week on average.
  • Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives.
  • Ability to develop presentations to aid in the sales process.
  • Highly ethical and responsible sales philosophy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred.
