Position Overview

We're hiring a Sales Account Executive to join our Tyler, TX team. This commission-based, outside sales role is ideal for a self-driven professional looking to build strong, long-term client relationships in a thriving industry. Previous experience in flooring sales or the multi-family industry is preferred. If you're ambitious, accountable, and ready to grow with a respected company, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the multifamily housing sector
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing apartment community clients
  • Conduct site visits to measure flooring and countertop installations
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes
  • Collaborate with internal customer service and installation teams for smooth project execution
  • Review orders for accuracy and ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Representing the company at local apartment association meetings, events, and trade shows

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in flooring or multifamily/property management is preferred
