Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships during initial onboarding phase for new key accounts
- Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for all key accounts
- Effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams
- Develop, prepare, and nurture our Pros for advocacy
- Identify opportunities for expansion and recommend areas for improvement
- Organize details, timelines, and action to drive efficiency
- Improve our Pros opportunities by leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation or sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
- Established credibility with service professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, and/or maid specialties
