Position Summary

The Process Improvement Lead will play a key role in developing, documenting, and optimizing internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across the organization. This position will focus on standardizing workflows, integrating systems, and providing the necessary training and resources to ensure teams operate effectively within established procedures.

Responsibilities of the Process Improvement Lead include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency across departments.
  • Design and produce training materials, guides, and resources to support employee development and process adoption.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate workflows and data into software systems such as Procore and Infor, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Create and maintain standardized templates, forms, and documentation to streamline business operations.
  • Assist with conducting training sessions for staff to ensure proper understanding and execution of new or updated processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure process changes align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications of the Process Improvement Lead include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operations, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of process documentation, training development, and software integration.
  • Experience with Procore, Infor, or similar ERP/project management systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
