In this role, you’ll manage a full calendar of inbound, scheduled sales calls using our proprietary selling framework – dialing extra opportunities when needed – while working remotely in a high performance, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase product knowledge by leveraging our sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and strategies.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework during each sales call.
  • Engage in discovery dialogues with leads to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with prospects.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom using WFS materials.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas while meticulously managing your pipeline in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sales process.
  • Represent and uphold WFS core values in a high performance culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high ticket or consultative sales with a proven closing record.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and best practices in lead management.
