Position Overview

RENPHO is a fast-growing global health and fitness brand widely recognized for its smart weight scales, massage products, and smart home devices, boasting over 6 million happy customers around the world. Founded in 2015, the company has become a market leader on Amazon and operates from offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen.

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage the Influencer Channel to drive eCommerce, marketing, and sales objectives by developing and executing innovative influencer strategies. This is a full-time position, required to work in our Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create influencer campaign strategies to support marketing and eCommerce objectives
  • Identify, reach out, recruit, and manage influencers based on product and marketing needs
  • Monitor and evaluate influencers’ performance
  • Review and edit creator content
  • Compile budget plans and forecast results with KPIs
  • Prepare campaign reporting and insights
  • Identify ongoing partnership opportunities and stay updated on the latest trends
  • Handle social media community management when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, and team player with the ability to work independently
  • Up-to-date knowledge of influencer industry trends and FTC guidelines
  • Passion for fitness, health, consumer technology, social media, and emerging digital trends
