Position Overview

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, The Health Management Academy is seeking a strategic and impact-driven Sr. Manager, Product Marketing to lead the omnichannel marketing strategy and growth for our RaaS (Research‑as‑a‑Service) products. This role is ideal for a marketer with deep healthcare experience—especially in the provider space—who excels in crafting data-driven campaigns and translating insights into compelling storytelling that drives qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution to drive awareness and qualified leads among health system executives.
  • Develop and own end‑to‑end omni‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
  • Write and produce high‑quality content including web copy, email campaigns, thought leadership pieces, reports, and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance data to optimize strategies and deliver clear, executive‑level reporting showing impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Research, and Sales teams to ensure market insights inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Design segmentation strategies to align messaging with commercial objectives.
  • Execute CRM and email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversion.
  • Ensure brand consistency and voice across all marketing activities.
  • Utilize Salesforce analytics to guide strategic decisions and performance improvements.
  • Serve as THMA’s RaaS Brand SME, supporting team members with guidance on strategic campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic or product marketing roles with a focus on B2B and healthcare
  • Proven communication skills in writing, presentation development, and collateral creation
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SharePoint and content management systems
  • Strong ability to translate product features into easily understood, value‑driven messages
  • Commercially inclined, data‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in provider‑specific healthcare marketing with advanced expertise in CRM and multi‑channel campaign design
  • Proven track record with marketing analytics and strategic campaign management
