    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Plan and accomplish enclave security-related goals based on extensive experience and judgment.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Supervise IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Report to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Lead cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.</li>

    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Bachelor's degree in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent with at least 5 years of cyber management experience.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Alternative: Bachelor's degree in a non-STEM/Cyber-related field with 7 years of DoD cyber experience.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Alternative: Associate degree in STEM/Cyber-related field with 10 years of DoD cyber experience.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II Certification prior to accepting position.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">eMASS Certification prior to accepting position.</li>
