As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer journey and drive demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including web, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Manage, create, and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand.
  • Produce tailored social copy for all channels using platform-relevant language and techniques.
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns against ROI and KPIs using analytical tools.
  • Oversee client marketing automation platforms (HubSpot & Pardot) for email communications, lead scoring, and customer journey management.
  • Evaluate and collaborate on website improvements including structure, design, messaging, and SEO.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative digital marketing campaigns to boost demand and awareness.
  • Collaborate on other marketing areas such as events and PR as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Highly creative with a proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing paid acquisition campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and integration with CRM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B advertising on Google AdWords, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and SEO strategies.
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot/Pardot, and Google Analytics.
  • Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
