Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5+ Years in Finance & Accounts (Staffing Industry is a must)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for staffing business units.
  • Handle client billing, invoicing, reconciliation, TDS/GST compliance, and audits.
  • Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee payroll management, client payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Support business decisions through P&L analysis and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA / MBA preferred)
  • Mandatory experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP
  • Excellent understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, Client)
