Compensation: Up to $60k + up to $40k in incentives/commission
Our inbound commercial channel is experiencing rapid growth, driven by new marketing investments and automation designed to streamline the buying experience for business owners. This role sits at the center of that growth. As our Inbound Sales & Renewal Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses seeking energy solutions through us. You’ll execute a consultative, fast-moving sales process, help business owners compare plans, generate quotes, advise on contract options, and close deals with speed and precision. High energy, tenacious follow-up, and strategic yet quick thinking are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound commercial leads within a 15-minute SLA.
- Execute a consultative sales process for business owners evaluating new electricity contracts.
- Manage quoting, rate comparisons, contract generation, and guided enrollment.
- Own a pipeline of 30–40 new deals per month, with volume increasing as marketing scales.
- Drive renewal success across ~1,000+ customers in 2026 and beyond.
- Run structured call and email outreach cadences to target a 40%+ renewal rate.
- Use multiple systems including HubSpot, provider CRMs, and internal pricing tools.
- Identify trends in customer behavior to support marketing, product, and leadership decisions.
