Position Overview

Position: Customer and Data Support
Location: Birmingham, AL
Duration: 12 Months
Total Hours/Week: 40 Hours
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM or as agreed upon)
Client: Medical Device Company
Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical-related customer experiences for products and services and prioritize business opportunities along with product/service solutions.
  • Support Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support by managing user access and customer support across the platform.
  • Develop processes and procedures for user management, including support for single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions.
  • Assist with additional customer support processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • College/university graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures with the ability to work under guidance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
