Description
The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.

Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve HR programs supporting compliance, workforce planning, training, and engagement
- Act as primary owner of the HRIS (Paylocity), including reporting, analytics, and system optimization
- Manage and develop the HR team, promoting consistent and equitable practices across the company
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and corrective action
- Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, OSHA-related HR matters, and compliance audits
- Ensure compliant recruiting processes, support compensation decisions, and participate in hiring activities
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, company events, and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with accounting on recurring HR-related reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
