Description

The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve HR programs supporting compliance, workforce planning, training, and engagement
  • Act as primary owner of the HRIS (Paylocity), including reporting, analytics, and system optimization
  • Manage and develop the HR team, promoting consistent and equitable practices across the company
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and corrective action
  • Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, OSHA-related HR matters, and compliance audits
  • Ensure compliant recruiting processes, support compensation decisions, and participate in hiring activities
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, company events, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with accounting on recurring HR-related reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR preferred
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing background strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
