Entry Level Engineer

Position Overview

Kelly Services is seeking an Engineering Intern in Anaheim, CA on a Contract to Direct Hire basis. This role supports Site Operations by assisting Production and Process Engineering teams to ensure safe, high‐quality manufacturing. Shift hours are day shift (Mon - Fri, standard business hours with flex) and the Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00/hr reflects the importance of this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Production and Process Engineering teams in all manufacturing operations
• Identify and assist with continuous improvement projects on production units
• Develop, track and analyze plant performance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness
• Support digitalization initiatives across the site
• Develop standardized documentation forms, instructions, and batch sheets
• Assist with the organization and storage of information and equipment asset registers

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within the past 12 months preferred) with a Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Materials/Composites Engineering
• Strong interest in materials and data analysis with excellent attention to detail
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Good communication skills, thorough, accurate and self-motivated
• Ambitious, excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and full proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
• Ability to follow operating instructions and work procedures with minimal supervision
• Fluent in technical English (written and spoken)
