With a proprietary platform for managing business listings, photos, posts, reviews, and website content across major search sites and social platforms, AMP powers the effective online marketing of tens of thousands of local businesses – all at the lowest rates in the industry. We are seeking a talented, passionate Business Development Representative who loves advising and selling to small business owners, operating with a mindset of selling to help. In this role, you will participate in extensive professional training, work remotely with teammates and managers, and drive the sale of the most effective local advertising programs available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell local advertising solutions to small business owners.
  • Participate actively in an extensive professional training program.
  • Leverage the CloseBy Text Marketing platform and Google-hosted virtual tour services to drive client success.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company’s mission of ensuring clients win the call when consumers search online.

  • Positive, quick-thinking, and fun with strong mental fortitude.
  • Goal driven with a passion for success—even without prior sales experience.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced retail, serving, or similar environments is a plus.

  • Compensation: Base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses that yield on-target earnings of $60,000-$70,000 per year based on performance.
