Position Overview

Atlas Hartmann is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Account Managers. In this role you’ll grow, develop your skills, and achieve your ambitions while building meaningful relationships with clients. We provide hands-on, paid training and clear advancement pathways in sales, marketing, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with business clients to address inquiries, resolve account questions, and renew contracts.
  • Sales and Marketing: Recommend tailored products and services to meet client needs, close deals, and achieve sales goals.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage customer orders ensuring seamless processing and delivery.
  • Customer Insights: Collect and analyze client data to generate actionable reports and improve satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and sales terms.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights, strategies, and feedback to contribute to team success.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Eligibility: 18+ years old.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Work Details

  • Pay: $56,643.00 - $76,064.00 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
  • Location: In person at Orlando, FL 32827. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting work.
