Professional, Affiliate Marketing

Position Overview

In this role as Professional Affiliate Marketing, you will manage the affiliate program for North America by fostering relationships, coordinating marketing placements, and overseeing billing processes. Salary: $61,605.61-$77,007.02 USD. Location: Reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office per week). Key Responsibilities

• Organize the overall monthly plan by tracking partner spend, placements, and budget alignment with performance marketing goals.
• Support affiliate partner planning by coordinating campaigns, scheduling promotions, and setting clear expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners by responding to inquiries and providing market updates.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing performance data from affiliate campaigns to prepare insightful reports.
• Identify and evaluate new affiliate partner opportunities to expand program reach and performance.
• Support the monthly billing process by reviewing orders, ensuring accuracy, and removing canceled or returned items.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 2 years of related experience OR Master's degree without experience OR typically 6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Experience with affiliate programs and affiliate network operations.
