As the Director HR and HSEQ North America, you will strategically lead and oversee the HR and HSEQ functions, serving as a key business partner to the executive team by ensuring compliance with labor laws and health, safety, environmental and quality standards while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR & HSEQ strategies that drive long-term success.
- Optimize HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, labor laws, and health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor HR Business Partners and HSEQ experts to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Drive strategic campaigns and initiatives to enhance safety, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law/Labor Law or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10–12 years progressive HR experience in senior positions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws in North America and international legal compliance.
- Proven experience in implementing HSEQ initiatives and managing HR operations.
