Position Overview

Comcast, a Fortune 50 leader in media and technology, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities for small and mid-size businesses. In this role, you will build local business partnerships, deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations, and ensure a positive Comcast experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop your territory by establishing local business partnerships and enhancing Comcast’s brand presence.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare regular sales activity reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the positive image of the Comcast experience.
  • Drive new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
  • Generate qualified leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Deliver face-to-face presentations that demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas using a consultative approach to enhance customer communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to exceed monthly targets.
  • Adhere to company standards, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure regular attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within advanced communications solutions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent customer focus, communication, and technical knowledge skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A combination of relevant coursework and extensive professional experience will be considered.

Benefits & Perks

  • Base Pay: $53,000.00
  • Total Target Compensation: $103,000.00 (base pay plus targeted commission)
