IFS ERP Supply Chain Manager
Location: Albany, New York Metropolitan Area

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Guide the implementation and optimization of supply chain modules within the IFS Applications suite.
• Translate business requirements into efficient digital workflows.
• Configure the system to support logistics, procurement, inventory, and planning activities.
• Ensure seamless alignment with operational goals.

Requirements: Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business or related field
• Proven experience with IFS Applications in supply chain-related modules
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, planning, and logistics
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and convert functional requirements into system configurations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications (Sales and/or Warranty modules)
• Strong understanding of sales processes, warranty claims, service contracts, and customer engagement workflows

Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications

• IFS Certification in Sales, Warranty
• Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10
