Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult care before and after medical procedures and surgeries.
• Work in hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialty surgery centers, and long-term care facilities.
• Perform daily assessments, post-surgical assessments, and wound care.
• Continuously assess patient health and evaluate treatments while administering medication.
• Coordinate routine aspects of patient care effectively, managing a patient load of 5-7 at a time.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in this specialty and setting
• Valid nursing license as required by this state
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – recommended and may be required
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required
