Join our team as a Franchise Marketing Specialist to drive local and national marketing success across our TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK franchise network. In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will blend hands-on strategy, franchisee support, and brand marketing leadership to make a measurable impact.

Work Location: Hybrid position based out of our TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK Corporate Office in Lansing, MI (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies across TV, radio, digital, OTT, social media, grassroots, billboards, and B2B channels ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support franchisees through onboarding and ongoing operations by analyzing metrics, reviewing marketing plans, monitoring competitors, and guiding use of various tools.
  • Partner with franchisees to build market-specific strategies that drive lead generation and provide actionable performance insights.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact, collaborating with internal teams and addressing franchise needs in a timely manner.
  • Deliver training and education through virtual and in-person sessions, equipping franchisees with effective marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Manage brand marketing initiatives, including promotional strategies, National Ad Fund campaigns, creative approvals, and vendor collaborations.
  • Oversee key brand programs and campaigns, ensuring proper training, collateral development, execution, and reporting.
  • Lead customer engagement efforts via HubSpot-driven email campaigns, blogs, promotional messaging, and franchise newsletters.

Required Qualifications

  • Communication & Leadership: Ability to coach, train, negotiate, build consensus, and provide service-focused support to franchisees and internal teams.
  • Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of marketing theory, brand awareness, and lead generation, with a capacity to tailor strategies to specific markets.
  • Digital Proficiency: Skilled across social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok, PPC, SEO, OTT) with experience in grassroots franchise marketing.
  • Analytical Strengths: Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data, identify challenges, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Project & Systems Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, utilizing CMS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Adaptability & Professionalism: A positive and solutions-focused attitude with resilience under pressure and a commitment to continuous learning.
