Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from seniors already interested in life insurance.
- Utilize our proven sales presentation and custom CRM to drive sales.
- Engage with exclusive inbound leads generated by our TV ads.
- Collaborate with supportive managers for real coaching and feedback.
- Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Driven, coachable, and competitive in a high-energy sales environment.
- Excellent phone presence with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use advanced systems.
- Proven ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver results.
