Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from seniors already interested in life insurance.
  • Utilize our proven sales presentation and custom CRM to drive sales.
  • Engage with exclusive inbound leads generated by our TV ads.
  • Collaborate with supportive managers for real coaching and feedback.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Driven, coachable, and competitive in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Excellent phone presence with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use advanced systems.
  • Proven ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver results.
