Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain contract documents, including document logs.
- Review, process, and distribute accurate submittals and RFIs.
- Participate in meetings, writing clear notes, instructions, or minutes that capture agreements, decisions, and actions.
- Participate in change review and Project Financial Forecast meetings.
- Assist in coordinating trade contractors to meet project schedules.
- Review, understand, and follow Baseline requirements.
- Support field safety efforts including leading orientations, conducting safety inspections, and documenting changes.
- Stay informed of all field activities while tracking work progress and productivity.
- Contribute to daily reports, documentation, and quality control activities.
- Establish credibility among trade contractors by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment.
- Utilize Site Services/NEXT 150 as a project resource.
- Participate in stretch and flex sessions and daily huddles.
- Increase understanding of contract documents and scopes of work.
- Engage in ERGs and Peer Group meetings and events.

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 0-1 years of experience or internships with a construction organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with commercial/institutional construction projects.
- Knowledge of Procore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
- First Aid and CPR training.
