Job Description

Position Overview

Entry‑Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) is designed for early‑career individuals seeking a long‑term sales career—not just a seasonal job. Ideal candidates may come from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue‑collar, customer service, or even those who skipped/left college and are ready for a real career. This role begins with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp involving door‑to‑door sales, daily training, and challenging, long hours outdoors.

Schedule: 6 days per week during the summer ramp (typically 8–10 hours per day) with the potential for an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role.

Location: United States. Candidates must be willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door‑to‑door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our pest control services.
  • Use a proven script to present services, handle objections, and close new customer deals.
  • Attend daily morning training sessions and role‑plays with your team lead.
  • After the ramp period, manage your own territory and meet weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Track all activities and results, including door knocks, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available full‑time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approximately May–August, 6 days per week).
  • Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during the ramp.
  • Comfortable with commission‑only pay, meeting weekly/monthly quotas, and working long hours outdoors.
  • Committed to treating this opportunity as a career path beyond just the summer period.
  • Reliable, coachable, and able to endure the challenges of an intensive sales ramp.

Benefits & Perks

  • Clear leadership track with opportunities progressing from New Rep to Senior Rep to Team Lead.
  • Intensive hands‑on training with daily team support during the ramp.
  • Commission‑only pay structure with potential for overrides in leadership roles.
  • Relocation and shared housing assistance provided during the ramp period.
