Position Overview

Vector Marketing is currently seeking part‑time sales representatives in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will work directly with customers, sell Vector Marketing products, and process orders. The position offers a guaranteedCompensation– a base pay that isn’t based on sales, with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance. Key Responsibilities

• Compensation:Achieve a balance of excellent base pay and performance‑based commission – whichever is higher in any given week.
• Training:Participate in solid initial training with ongoing support and additional training over time.
• Engage with customers and process orders accurately.
• Follow scheduling guidelines and attend required in‐person or virtual meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people
• At least 18 years old (or 17 if a 2023 high school graduate)
• Willing to learn and apply new skills
• Acceptable to meet additional conditions as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fast food, cashier work, call centers, or administrative roles
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
