Sales - Mechanical / HVAC Account Executive in Oklahoma City

Position Overview

Entech Sales and Service LLC, a nationally recognized leader in Energy Management and Commercial Building Systems, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative (Account Executive). In this role, you will drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers and contractors across Commercial and Industrial properties in Oklahoma and Texas. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus Entech's sales commission program.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their needs and evaluate requirements.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work and proposals.
• Generate accurate estimates and successfully close business deals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience or technical training in Mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Strong communication skills and a personality suited for sales and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial mechanical and HVAC systems, including experience with 25-ton package units up to large 100-200 ton chillers.
• Reliable, organized, and self-sufficient work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with chiller plant systems, roof top units, mini-split systems, VFD, pumps, and control valves.
• Building Automation/HVAC Controls knowledge.
