Support the development and activation of the company's core marketing campaign executions, including research, coordination of marketing partners, brand guidelines advocacy, and briefs for non‐narrative messaging. Key Responsibilities
- Execute the brand strategy and customer communication plans across assigned core brand narratives in partnership with the Brand Building Leader; brief, approve, or consult on creative approaches.
- Work collaboratively with agency partners and cross‐functional internal teams.
- Drive insights into future work to continually strengthen our brand communications.
- Develop a strong, collaborative partnership with other Marketing teams—including Campaign Management and 84.51—to ensure branding fundamentals are applied across the holistic marketing plan.
- Navigate ambiguity effectively, driving results through change and operating under risk and uncertainty.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent field of study.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that span channels and consumer targets.
- Experience guiding strategic creative development and partnering with agency teams to achieve business and consumer objectives.
- Expertise in brand strategy creation with a strong emphasis on applying data and insights.
- 6+ years of brand management experience with a proven track record of developing strategies that deliver business results and foster brand growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in marketing or business.
- Any CPG brand management or ad agency experience.
