Location: This position will be based out of Forbes Tower in Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days at home per week).

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret Financial Data: Analyze and interpret complex financial transactions and events to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship: Provide functional advice and training to less experienced financial analysts and administrative staff.
- Data Analysis: Extract and define relevant financial information to assess past performance and forecast future outcomes.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical, cost, and financial analysis using data from various financial systems.
- Transaction Management: Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Cost Studies: Plan and conduct in-depth studies to determine the cost of business activities and recommend budget adjustments and cost-saving measures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related business field required.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience required.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet applications; PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred.
