Position Overview

THIS IS NOT AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ROLE – PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATION. This is a Telecommunications Engineering & Construction role within M.C. Dean’s Critical Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit (CIS-BU). In this capacity, you will play a key role in recruiting top talent for positions spanning Telecommunications Engineering, Project Leadership, and Superintendent roles within a mission-critical, compliance-intensive environment. With Full-Time status, work onsite in Tysons, VA (with up to 30% travel) and must possess U.S. Work Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for Telecommunications Engineering, Project Leadership, and Superintendent positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and implement effective, OFCCP compliant recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize targeted sourcing methods including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Attend industry events and maintain strong relationships to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Model core values such as integrity, grit, empathy, and a growth mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the engineering & construction industry, with a focus on Life Safety & Fire Alarm systems.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s with 5+ years, Associate with 8+ years, or High School Diploma with 10+ years).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
