Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on social media trends to enhance community engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to drive initiatives and achieve shared community growth goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media content strategies.
• Analyze user engagement metrics to gauge efficiency and drive improvements in moderation practices.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in German, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Thorough understanding of various social media platforms and community engagement best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media moderation or relevant customer service roles.
